Warranty

We guarantee our products to be free of manufacturing defects for twelve months from the date of purchase. If you discover any problems in material or workmanship, contact us to request warranty service. 

This limited warranty does not cover damages caused by improper handling, lack of care, accidents, general wear, or under conditions exceeding the water resistance limitations. Postage, insurance and other non-repair expenses are excluded from the warranty. The warranty becomes void once the twelve-month warranty period is over, if the factory-sealed caseback is opened, or if the watch is modified or serviced by an unauthorized repair shop. 

In the event that we are unable to repair your watch, we will issue a replacement. If no replacement is available, we will issue an alternative product (of your choosing) with equal value. Cash refunds are not available after 30 days from purchase.
